Where do I find my EPP code (authorization code)?

The EPP code is provided by your current registrar, usually from your client area. ANRT regulations require your provider to give it to you on request, within a maximum of 3 days.

How long does a .ma domain transfer take?

Generally 5 to 10 days after your file is validated by ANRT. We keep you informed at every step from your client area.

Does my domain need to meet conditions to be transferred?

The domain must have been registered for at least 60 days, not be locked (domain lock), and not be expiring or under dispute. Your WHOIS information must also be up to date.

Does the transfer extend my domain's duration?

Yes, in most cases the transfer includes an extra year of registration, added to your domain's remaining time.

Do I need to provide identity documents?

Yes. ANRT requires identity validation for any .ma domain transfer: national ID or passport for individuals, business registry for companies.
