This Terms and Conditions Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions of your use of Clouder.ma services and related services. This Agreement is between you, your organization (if you are entering into this Agreement on behalf of an organization), collectively referred to herein as "you" or "your" and Clouder.ma.
This Agreement may be modified from time to time. You acknowledge and agree that Clouder.ma might change these Terms of Service without notice and you are solely responsible to check for such changes, follow up and comply with them.
Clouder.ma provides web hosting services, domain registration services, professional email services, VPS servers, and related digital services as may be offered from time to time and as the Services are made available to you to be purchased.
When you register for an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
All services are billed according to the pricing plan you select. Payments are due in advance. We accept various payment methods including credit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services.
Refunds are available under certain conditions as outlined in our Refund Policy. Domain registrations and SSL certificates are generally non-refundable. For detailed information about refunds, please refer to our complete Refund Policy documentation.
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for our hosting services. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. We are not responsible for downtime caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, internet service provider issues, or attacks on our infrastructure.
You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our servers or networks. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to: spamming, hosting illegal content, distributing malware, conducting DDoS attacks, or violating intellectual property rights.
While we implement security measures and perform regular backups, you are responsible for maintaining your own backup copies of your data. We are not liable for any data loss, corruption, or unauthorized access to your account, except where caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.
All content, features, and functionality of our services, including but not limited to software, text, displays, images, and the design, are owned by Clouder.ma and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Clouder.ma shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may discontinue using the services and contact our support team.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Morocco and Spain, depending on your location and the entity you contracted with, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

When you purchase SSL Certificate Services, you agree to comply with our Certificate Services Agreement and the applicable Subscriber Agreements provided by our certificate authority partners.
The Certificate Services include various SSL certificates such as standard SSL, wildcard SSL, and EV SSL certificates as offered by Clouder.ma from time to time. All certificate services are subject to validation and approval processes.

By purchasing certificate services, you agree to comply with all applicable Subscriber Agreements from our certificate authority partners. You are responsible for checking these agreements and complying with their terms.
