Privacy Policy

Clouder places particular importance on protecting the privacy and personal data of its customers and visitors. This policy describes how Clouder collects, uses, retains and protects your data, in accordance with law 09-08 enacted by Dahir 1-09-15 of February 18, 2009 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data.

Identification data — first and last name, company name; postal address, city, country; email address and phone number; supporting documents required (national ID, trade register, passport, etc.).

Technical and usage data — IP address and connection logs; order and billing data; information on subscribed services; browsing data (cookies).

Creating and managing the customer account and the contractual relationship.

Registering, managing and renewing subscribed services (domain names, hosting, VPS, email).

Billing, payment processing and collections.

Assistance and technical support.

Compliance with legal and regulatory obligations, in particular those of ANRT for .ma domain names.

Improving services and infrastructure security.

Processing carried out by Clouder relies, depending on the case, on performance of the contract with the Customer, compliance with a legal or regulatory obligation, the data subject’s consent, or Clouder’s legitimate interest in ensuring the security and improvement of its services.

Clouder’s authorized internal departments, within the scope of their duties.

The National Telecommunications Regulatory Agency (ANRT) for data related to .ma domain names, including publication of WHOIS information.

Technical providers and partners strictly necessary to deliver the services (registries, payment providers, email solutions), bound by confidentiality obligations.

Competent authorities where required by law.

Data is retained for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, plus any retention periods required by applicable legal, accounting and tax obligations. Beyond that, it is deleted or anonymized.

Clouder’s sites may use cookies to ensure they function properly, remember your preferences and measure audience. You can configure your browser at any time to accept, refuse or delete cookies. Refusing certain cookies may however limit access to some features.

Clouder implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction. Access to data is limited to authorized personnel and sensitive exchanges are encrypted.

In accordance with law 09-08, you have a right of access, rectification and objection regarding data concerning you. For legitimate reasons, the data subject may object to the processing of their data and refer the matter to the National Commission for the Control of Personal Data Protection (CNDP).
