The change of ownership (trade) requires completing the holder transfer form, providing identity documents for both parties, and paying transfer fees. The process typically takes 5 to 10 business days.
For individuals: a copy of the National ID Card (CIN) or passport. For businesses: a copy of the trade register (RC), business license, and the legal representative's ID. For associations: the bylaws and the filing receipt.
Activation of a .ma domain name is usually instant after payment and validation of your identity documents. You will receive an automatic confirmation email validating the registration of your Moroccan domain.
Once registered, a .ma domain name cannot be modified. However, you can transfer it to another holder or not renew it upon expiration. Refunds are generally not possible after activation.
Renewal can be done from your Clouder client area up to 30 days before expiration. You will receive email reminders. We recommend enabling automatic renewal to avoid any service interruption.

To transfer your .ma domain to Clouder: 1) Get the authorization code (AuthCode) from your current registrar, 2) Initiate the transfer on clouder.ma, 3) Provide the required documents, 4) Confirm the transfer by email. The process takes 5 to 7 days.
